About this event:
When you feel worthless, flawed, or inadequate, it’s almost as if you’ve become blind to who you are. Low self-esteem can highlight your failures and trash your accomplishments. It can also keep you from maintaining positive and healthy relationships, setting and attaining goals, and taking healthy risks.
This online group can improve self-image and self-awareness in a supportive environment that facilitates positive interactions. Through exploration of your thoughts, feelings, patterns, and core beliefs, each session will provide tools to help manage your mind and help you start feeling better about YOU!
Who is it for?
This group is for adults, 18-35:
who would like to have a better relationship with themselves.
who would like to gain control over their thoughts and feelings in a peaceful compassionate manner.
