My goal as a therapist is to develop a connection with my clients. I believe that there is hope for every individual, couple, and family. I believe successful therapy is a process helping to create “real world” effects. Clients can become more confident in their roles, more satisfied in their relationships, and more aware of how their lives have shaped them. It is a shared experience in which my clients can explore how life can be more satisfying and fulfilling. I tailor my work with my clients to provide an environment for them to reach their potential and believe in the power of change. I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families dealing mood disorders (such as Depression, Bipolar Disorder and Anxiety) as well as substance abuse, self-defeating patterns, aggression, adjustment issues, suicide, failing marriages, difficult divorces, life threatening illnesses, and parenting issues.
