We want everyone to receive the mental health care they need, so we’ve made scheduling an appointment as easy as possible. All you have to do is pick up the phone and call. We’ll walk you through the entire process, from making the appointment to handling any relevant insurance claims.
Once you’ve scheduled an appointment, you may wonder what to expect from your first session. It’s simple. We work with each client to develop a therapy plan tailored to individual needs. That means our first session will be spent getting to know who you are and what your concerns are. That first visit and the visits that follow will simply involve coming to our office, taking a seat, and beginning to talk.
Clients may work with their therapist to:
- Develop strategies for overcoming a difficult moment in life, such as a divorce or a major move;
- Clarify and work toward professional or personal dreams;
