We are a growing private practice in Bethlehem, PA, currently welcoming thoughtful, compassionate therapists to join our team. We serve individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents, and are looking for clinicians who genuinely value the work they do and the people they serve.

What This Role Looks Like
You’ll have the flexibility to build a schedule that works for you, with opportunities to see clients in person, via telehealth, or a blend of both. Some evening availability is helpful, but overall we aim to support a sustainable and balanced caseload.
We ask for a minimum of 20 clinical hours per week, with the option to grow into a fuller schedule over time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Creating thoughtful, individualized treatment plans
- Building strong, trusting relationships with clients
- Maintaining clear and timely documentation
- Practicing with care, integrity, and professionalism
Who You Are
- Licensed in Pennsylvania as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
(Pre-licensed clinicians with strong experience are welcome to apply) - Experienced in working with a range of clients and presenting concerns
- Comfortable with approaches such as CBT, motivational interviewing, or humanistic therapies
- Especially interested in or experienced with couples and relationship work
- Warm, grounded, and able to connect easily with clients
- Committed to growing both personally and professionally
- Licensed in Pennsylvania as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT

We are interested in candidates who are looking to join a group practice with a healthy atmosphere.
We are looking for qualified professionals to work a minimum of 20 clinical hours per week. The schedule is flexible in terms of days and hours but must include some evening and/or weekend hours.
Lehigh Valley Counselors provides:
- Professional Modern Office space at 2045 Westgate Drive, Suite 206, Bethlehem, PA 18017.
- Office furniture, office equipment, computer, and office supplies
- Credentialing Services – we take care of credentialing you with insurance companies.
- Billing services including insurance and benefits verification.
- Marketing and website/social media exposure for the practice and you.
- Business cards and other marketing materials and activities provided.
- Online Electronic Health Records
- Payment of agreed percentage of compensation on regular bi-weekly basis.
- Regular clinical supervision/support weekly and as needed.
Qualifications:
